Here’s to another unicorn wedding!
As expected from two of the most free-spirited people I’ve ever met. The outdoor affair made me want to photograph weddings like these every single day of my life. The overall venue looked amazing, which made it easy for the event to elicit a relaxed vibe all throughout. It was all absolutely effortlessly beautiful. To put it simply: everything was on point.
Amanda and Ash are two adventurous travelers, even owning a camper van that they affectionately refer to as their “baby.” Upon learning about these little details, it came as no surprise to find out that these two met while traveling the world, especially since Ash actually came all the way from England. The two lovers are currently on their honeymoon – a 6-month roadtrip around the United States!
Amanda has the most gorgeous smile, and she easily showed it off the moment preparations began. Her ensemble was a unique one, showing off her inner flower child – a flowy bohemian dress with intricate floral details around the shoulders and hem, and a fanback skirt trailing beautifully behind her as she walked the aisle. She chose stylish comfort, and wore beige, fringed sandals instead of traditional heels. Her delicate curls were topped off with a pretty flower crown. Ash kept it simple yet still managed to look handsome in a mossy green vest and old rose tie.
No words can describe how stunning the reception area was – all flowers and colorful knickknacks. From food to decorations, it was all creatively rustic with an entirely elegant charm. There was never a dull moment, either. From beginning to end, everyone was in high spirits. Shot glasses were ready the moment the ceremony ended and reception began. Families and guests from both sides were all fun and friendly people. There was no hint of negative energy at all! I would definitely jump at the chance to relive and capture this wedding all over again.
This is definitely one for the books!
